A 410-unit retreat village across 100,000 sqm. Lodges, glamping domes, camping and a lakeside amphitheatre set into a working landscape, phased so the site can trade while it grows.

TRC Puglia
A clinical wellness and recovery retreat in a restored Puglian masseria. Sixteen named zones across the estate — olive grove, medicinal herb garden, thermal spa pool, movement lawn, citrus grove — each carrying part of the programme. Led from site acquisition and financing architecture through design coordination and the route to opening.
